A Place for everyone to grow, not just the children.
"When I moved here from California I didn't know a soul, after
attending an outing to a corn maze I immediately felt welcomed and not
so alone. I am still great friends with all the women I met that day!"
T.F.
"Our older son had attended a coop and it was such a great experience that I sought out a coop for our youngest because I felt he deserved the same quality of experience" R.C.
" I came to Lee Coop because I knew it would be good for my daughter, but I had no idea that it would be as good for me as it was for her." K.K.Mothers often enter as strangers and leave as Lifelong friends.
Our Preschool is conveniently located near the Durham, NH campus of UNH.
Our purpose is to provide an independent nursery school for three to
five year-olds. We are dedicated to direct parental involvement in the
pre-school experience.
Our mission is to establish a relaxed atmosphere
so that each child feels comfortable enough to learn social skills,
discover independence, and gain self-confidence.
Each child will learn
basic safety skills and rules needed for classroom operation.
They will
be introduced to the alphabet and numbers. Individual attention will be
given with an emphasis on small and large motor skills, language
development, and listening skills.
The children will have free playtime
indoors and out, as well as doing art, cooking and science projects. The

More Wonderful Testimonial
"It was a relief to find an environment where my
oldest child felt eager to go to school and where I felt reassurred that
my daughter was looked after by a caring teacher and one of the
wonderful volunteer families." J.F.
"What drew me to LCNS for my first preschooler,
was the nature based program it offered - nature walks, gardening, bird
and bug watching and more. What brought me back for my second and third
preschoolers, was this and the co-operative involvement of all the
families, the fast friends I have made, and how much fun my children
have everyday they are there. " H.F.
"We had a wonderful year at LCNS, and loved being
part of a school that enriches not only the child, but the entire
family! We have made friends for a lifetime...." C.G.
